1. Order Processing & Handling Time
Before an order is dispatched, it must undergo verification, quality checks, and packaging.

Order Cut-Off Time: Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time), Monday through Friday.

Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on Friday, or during weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.

Please note that processing times may slightly extend during peak holiday seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas). If there is a significant delay in processing your order, our support team will notify you immediately via email.
2. Shipping Zones, Rates, and Transit Times
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
All transit times listed below represent the time the package spends in transit after leaving our fulfillment warehouse.

Total Estimated Delivery Time:
The total time from when you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep is a combination of Handling Time and Transit Time.

Minimum Delivery Time: 1 day handling + 5 days transit = 6 business days.

Maximum Delivery Time: 3 days handling + 7 days transit = 10 business days.
3. Order Tracking and Shipment Confirmation
Once your order has been packaged and handed over to our shipping carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx), a shipment confirmation will be generated automatically.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number and a direct link to track your package.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update and display active movements on the carrier's tracking portal.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 4 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support team.
4. Incorrect Shipping Address & Undeliverable Packages
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is fully accurate and complete.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.

Zelvofit is not liable for lost, delayed, or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
5. Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages
We take utmost care in packaging our products safely. However, transit issues can occasionally occur.
